So, as you can tell, I had my Genetic testing doctors appointment today. I opted out of getting these tests done with my last two pregnancies because I was scared to death of the giant needle that they stick into your stomach. I have been so nervous about this for the last couple of weeks. I finally got to my appointment, the doctor came in and I nervously asked him how much it was going to hurt. He laughed, and said, "it's just an ultrasound." Apparently...genetic testing doesnt include a big needle unless they find concerns with your ultrasound or blood test. Luckily, everything looked healthy with our ultrasound so we shouldn't have any concerns. Its amazing what they can do with technology these days. We were able to see the baby, we were able to see the blood flow in different areas, listen to the heart beat and even saw what it looked like in 4D. Pretty cool stuff. Rob came to this appointment with me because I was too sick to drive so he was able to see our cute little....baby. Here are some pictures of our little feels like too far down the road bundle.

I thought the old school black and white Ultrasound looked like an alien fetus... but that "4D" one takes the cake! I am so proud of my wife who is getting all beat up for this one. She is a serious trooper, more than she will ever admit or acknowledge to herself.
I think it has my eyes :)
Hey! Wait a minute! 6 more weeks? 'Till D day?! My goodness! I had no idea! You will look a little different when I see you, I suppose :)

Congradulations on the baby! It looks like a cutie. You'll have to let us know when you release the news of what it is.
Wow! What a cutie. I can tell already, but I have to tell you that I'm a little annoyed right here. I want to know your 80%. I promise I'll not fully believe it. :)
