We found out about a wonderful program in El Segundo. El Segundo is offering a free one month hockey class. It is set up for beginners ages 4-8. It was quite humerous actually, seeing all these little kids who had never been on ice...throw on tons of padding...a pair of skates...yeah, they spent a lot of time on the ground. Robbie was very nervous at first but I think he enjoyed it. He is signed up with 4 of his friends. He got a little frustrated because he couldn't stay up so Rob grabbed a pair of skates and hopped on the ice with him. We'll see how it goes! Funny thing....I spent about 10 minutes taking pictures of Robbie skating. I was amazed out how well he was skating. He fell a bit but for the most part he was moving on his own. I was very proud....then I turned and saw Rob talking with Robbie at the side of the ice. Not sure who I was taking pictures of, but that kid was doiing good! Hard to find your own kid amongst all the black helmets and black jerseys! Here are some pictures:

These are great pictures. Love the grin Robbie. Looks like lots of fun.
That is SO cute. I can't believe how grown up he is becoming. I can tell you from a professionals view, he looks like a natural! :)
