Here are just random pictures of Lily that I thought were cute. Some are taken with the cell phone because it was a lot easier than carrying around our camera! Only Aunts and grandparents will probably make it through all these pictures! ;) Yes, I know there are about a million but I just couldn't choose less. We sure love Lily!

This picture is special to me because *I* am feeding her this bottle. This is the first time with four babies that I was able to give the first bottle. The first 3 times, I was taken into another room to recover while Rob stayed with the baby. With Lily, they had Lily and I recover in the same room. It was heaven!

Grandma and Grandpa's Visit to California

Happy 3rd Birthday, Benjamin!

The night before Benjamin's birthday I didn't think that he was ever going to go to bed! He would come down the stairs about every 5 minutes because he HAD to ask me a question. Every time it was about his birthday the next day! He needed to make sure that as soon as he woke up I was going to say, "Happy Birthday, Benjamin!"

He wasn't anywhere near as impressed by clothes as Lauren is. He didn't even want to take them out of the bag. :)

A few months ago, we went on a family trip and pulled out robbie and lauren's suitcases. Benjamin sadly threw himself to the ground and said, "(sigh), I wish I had a suitcase..." So I said, how about we get you one for your third birthday. He did not forget and for months told everyone that he was getting a suitcase for his 3rd birthday!

We made mini glazed pumpkin donuts for his birthday breakfast. Yum!

I asked Benjamin over and over again what he wanted for dinner for his birthday. His response was "CAKE!" We didn't have cake for dinner, but he was very excited to finally get his cake. Although, he was not happy when I was going to put on only 1 boring #3 candle. That wasn't enough. He wanted every single candle. So we did.

Emily will totally approve...notice the amazing color swirl cake. Fine, at least Benjamin was impressed!

First Day of School for Robbie and Lauren

Robbie and Lauren had their first day of school today! They were VERY excited, but Lauren was also VERY nervous. We knew the names of their teachers but we didn't know anything about them and they also didn't know yet who was in their class. We had a lot of fun on Saturday going back to school shopping and getting them their new back to school outfit so they could feel and comfortable and confident as possible for the first day of school. They both looked great and I really can't believe how quickly they are growing up. They are starting to look so old!! Robbie started third great and Lauren is in first grade. Although, Lauren's class is a 1st/2nd combo class which I think will be great to challenge her a little more! They both had a wonderful time at school, loved their teachers and had fun seeing old friends and making new ones! Here are some pictures from their first day of school!

Giants Game

Since Robbie and Rob have been spending so much time recently playing baseball, we thought we would take the kids to a ball game. Since the dodgers were playing the Giants we thought this would be a perfect time! We sat in the all you can eat pavilion in the second row. We got all you can eat dodger dogs, nachos, peanuts, popcorn and sodas. It was very delicious and we all ate A LOT! :) The kids had a lot of fun because we got to the game about an hour early while the Giants were warming up. They batter would hit the ball to the out field and then they would throw the ball to the fans. Unfortunately we didn't catch any balls but the kids had a lot of fun trying. Even Benjamin would sit there with his glove up high yelling "here, here!!"

Unfortunatly, by camera batteries died at this point and I didn't get anymore pictures, but after the game, they let everyone onto the field to enjoy a firework show. We went to the aquarium of the Pacific with my folks while they were visiting. Luckily my dad had his camera because I never seem to have mine with me anymore! The kids always have so much fun here!

Lauren looked adorable for her first day of Kindergarten!!! She was so excited to go that she skipped all they way to the car and then all they way to the classroom. She was very social in line as she waited talking to all of the little girls. Her teacher asked the kids to hug their parents goodbye, and Lauren turned to me then starting bawling!! She asked me to stay with her and said she didn't want to go, all while sobbing big tears and making it so hard for me to leave! I know she will do great though and be all smiles when I pick her up! (I hope) :)

Charlie and The Chocolate Factory

Lauren performed this last weekend in a ballet production of Charlie and the Chocolate factory. She had a lot of fun and LOVES being on the stage! She played the part of one of the sugar patch kids. We were able to go as a family. Judy (bubby) also flew in to see the performance!

So, when we moved into our new house, the carpets were thrashed!! 6 college girls lived here before us and really did a number on the carpets. Unfortunately, the landlord decided not to replace the carpets. We decided that this wasn't a horrible thing, because with 3 kids we would be very paranoid with brand new carpets. And kids are hard on carpets.

Not too long ago, I gave in to one of those "kirby" sales people. They come door to door and show you how amazing their vacuums are. And might I add, they are. Amazing. :) They also double as a carpet cleaner. Here is my shout out to Kirby. They are sooo worth the investment!

Benjamin is the type of kid that you can't leave alone for a second because he gets in to EVERYTHING! :) I was making pizza with our pizza oven and had it far away from him because he was sitting in the chair by the counter. I walked away for two seconds and he had come around the counter, reached up and touched it. :( I felt SO bad!!! Luckily it was only one finger and not his whole hand! I can't believe how big the blister got! We have to follow him around with a box of Band-Aids because he doesn't like to keep it covered. Lauren says it looks like he has a jelly bean on his finger.

What a Happy Mothers Day! Its only 11 and already its been so wonderful. I got to sleep in until 8:30 then have my 3 sweet beautiful children run into the room with hugs and smiles wishing me a happy mothers day. Then I got to open presents! Robbie painted a beautiful picture of me, Lauren made me a frame, Benjamin colored me a picture and I got lots of handmade cards!! I love my kids so much! To make the morning complete, Rob cooked the most amazing breakfast. He made French toast out of Hawaiian Sweet bread. He had strawberries, raspberries and bananas to go on top! YUM YUM! What a happy day!

Benjamin is 18 months! Yay, because he starts nursery, but sad because I don't want my sweet cuddly baby to grow up so quick. He is such a smart kid. Says please when he wants something and Thank you when he gets it. He knows exactly what he wants and can verbalize his favorites. Majority of times that means food. For him, its, Applesauce, crackers, turkey, banana and cereal... Non food, its outside, bink, blanky, bath... stuff like that. Its fun being able to communicate with him. He is such a sweetie! Benjamin by far is my most snuggly baby. He wants to be held. When saying "up" doesn't get him up, then he resorts to saying "HUG!". He knows that will get me every time! He is definitely and active one and will climb on or over anything with no fear. He loves to jump off the couch and is climbing up and standing on the table any chance he gets. He definitely has his mom and dad wrapped around his little finger. I love you Benjamin!

The weather was beautiful today so we spent the day hiking around Palos Verdes Gardens and feeding the ducks.

This picture was completely blown out, but I turned it black and white in the attempts to save it because I thought it was cute.

Robbie lost a tooth!

Robbie has been waiting a very long time to lose his first tooth. He was so excited to finally have a loose tooth. In fact, his bottom two teeth were both loose. He literally would have me wiggle his tooth a couple times a day to see if it was any looser. It got to the point that it was ready to fall out when he decided that he didn't want me to wiggle it anymore because he wanted to lose his tooth at school. If he lost his tooth at school he would get to go to the nurses station and get a tooth necklace. Unfortunately, his tooth didn't make it that long. We were eating dinner and Robbie started laughing. His tooth had fallen out! He was eager to put in under his pillow for the tooth fairy to find.

My kids are really interested in art. They love to sit around coloring, painting, or anything craft related. I have been taking them to Art Zone recently during open studio time. They love this because they get to do whatever they want and make as big of a mess as they want! :) It feels good to give them opportunities to be creative. Especially since I don't have to clean up the mess!

Robbie's Birthday

In having two birthdays in our family, three days apart, we get a lot of yummy food and have a lot of fun! Robbie's birthday was on friday and he had a wonderful day and was very happy to be turning 7.

Robbie chose sausage and eggs for his birthday breakfast and got ate it on the "it's your special day" plate.

Lauren cracks me up! She has so much energy, personality, and spunk! She decided that she was going to put on a rock concert for me. Rob and Grandpa helped the kids decorate gingerbread houses. When we opened the kids the roofs were broken in half so we had to get creative with the frosting. They had a lot of fun as always and were on a sugar high when it was over! They turned out great!

We were set to leave Sunday to come home but due to all the snow that we received the roads were really icy. We were told that they were turning many cars around and that some people it took up to 4 hours to get out of Bear Lake. Lauren had a halloween party at preschool. I was very impressed by their halloween party. They made a haunted house, a jack o lantern, trick or treat bags, decorated cookies, played games, had a treasure hunt and more! What a fun day! She had a blast!

Bobcat Badge

Robbie has spent the last couple weeks passing off things to earn his Bobcat award with his den. Last night at his troop meeting he and his whole den were awarden the Bobcat badge. Yay Robbie, we are so proud of you! It was funny seeing the boys all in costume. Especially having Santa and Darth Vader leading the pledge! Robbie's pumpkin won the best gritty teeth award! The last picture shows Robbie with the Eagles Eye he got from the Troop leader to be a reminder about earning an Eagle scout award when he is older.
