Trunk or Treat

Last Friday was our ward trunk or treat. We had a lot of fun. Lauren was Sleeping Beauty, Robbie was Batman Beyond (thats different then batman...he let everyone know!), and I was Snow White. Robbie ran around the whole night with Superman and had a lot of fun. Robbie's favorite costume that he saw was Clark Kent. He wore a suit and the shirt buttons were unbuttoned to reveal a superman shirt. Robbie ran up to him about a billion times. Lauren of course, thought everything was wonderful because she was wearing a princess dress and makeup. It doesn't get better then that. Here are are view pictures:

Superman and Batman both covered in Powdered Sugar. They had to eat donuts off of the line without using their hands. I made Robbie eat a chocolate one because they weren't as messy as the powdered sugar ones....I didn't take in to account the powdered sugar donut on each side of him that would bounce across his costume every bite he took of the chocolate one! Oh well!

The only pictures I had of me in my snow white costume, Robbie took. It was quite humerous at the trunk or treat. I had a little following of 2-5 year old girls who would stand by me with their mouths dropped. I think I gave out at least a hundreds hugs. I think they thought I came straight from disneyland, or something!

Belmont

We were able to spend this weekend in Belmont with Rob's family. Aeryn had a birthday party and we also went for the baby blessing of Xander, Aeryn's baby brother. Robbie and Lauren always love going to Belmont to see their cousins. Although, Lauren spent the weekend quite confused by which one was baby Xander and which was baby Gavin, since she had remembered Gavin being small like Xander. She also became quite jealous anytime I tried to hold either Gavin or Xander. She would wrap her arms and legs around me and say "your my mom, hold me!"

Its always a lot of fun seeing family. Unfortunately it was a very fast trip. Robbie and Lauren were very sad to leave and Rob and I dreaded the very long car ride. Although, entering Los Angeles county was quite exciting when the mountains were all ablaze!

Anyway...my weekend in pictures:

Pumpkin Patch Part 2

Today was Robbie's field trip to the pumpkin patch. Lauren was able to come with us today. We had a lot of fun. Most of Robbie's class came to this field trip and he thought that was pretty fun. Robbie wanted most to feed the pigs but they weren't hungry today. We also had a little surprise there waiting for us when we got there....a very cute surprise!! On to the pictures!

His little friend Maiken

Robbie loved this because it was a "Baa baa black sheep" . He kept asking it if it had any wool.

And on to the REALLY CUTE SURPRISE!!!

Three baby goats were born last night and they were SOOOOOO cute!

Pumpkin Patch

Lauren had her first field trip today for preschool. Her class went to the pumpkin patch. I told her that her school was going to go to the pumpkin patch and she said, "no! my school doesn't have any feet!" Silly girl. She had a lot of fun. She was quite brave feeding the goats but was very stressed when one got loose and just wanted to follow her around. As always, her favorite thing was riding her pony, Chief. Here are a million or so pictures.
